Please click the button above to begin the return request process. Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request that will also include a pre-paid return label. Currenty, we only offer mail in returns.

PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN POLICY:

  • You must make your return within 14 days of the delivery date

  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.

  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Rachel Marie Hurst reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

  • Returns are free for online purchases returned via mail!

  • Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period can cause us to reject future orders from you.

If you have mistakenly returned a personal item that was not purchased from rachelmariehurst.com, please reach out to Customer Care and we will do our best to assist in locating your item for you.  Customer care will also reach out to you directly upon receipt of your non-rachelmariehurst.com item.  We will make two attempts to contact you regarding your item(s).  If we do not hear from you within one week following the final notice, rachelmariehurst.com is at liberty to dispose of your item(s).

Please note: rachelmariehurst.com can not be held responsible for returning, replacing or compensating for any lost items mistakenly returned to rachelmariehurst.com. We are also not responsible for any shipping costs acquired to return your personal item(s) back to you.

Lost returns without our provided return label:

We are not responsible for lost packages returned through a carrier of your own choosing.

Gift card returns:

In the event that your order was paid with both a gift card and credit card, your refund will first be credited to the original gift card used and the remaining balance will be refunded to your second original form of payment.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 10-14 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

AFTERPAY OR PAYPAL RETURNS

You’ll find information about your refund on your Afterpay or PayPal account. Please refer to their websites for any questions.

EXCHANGES

Please click the button above to begin the exchange request process. Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request that will also include a pre-paid return label. Currently, we only offer mail in exchanges. You will need to return the item. Once the item has been returned, inspected and accepted, you will receive store credit for your return in which you can place a new order for the item you want. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments at this time.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Flat rate return shipping fees will be deducted from the merchandise subtotal as follows:

  • Europe - $55

  • Australia – $50

  • Canada - $25

  • Rest of World - $60
